RESEARCH
I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, but music has taken me all around the globe. I love performing, teaching, and traveling. My research centers around promoting the works of living composers, with a focus on music by women composers.
TEACHING
I am dedicated to supporting the next generation of thriving flutists and helping others achieve their goals by prioritizing individuality, equity, inclusion, and autonomy.
LEADERSHIP
With a certificate in Women’s Leadership, I enjoy serving the music community by performing in health care settings and volunteering with non profit organizations such as the National Flute Association and College Music Society.
